Stamping on Velvet Stamping on velvet is a fun and easy technique. Once you have stamped on your velvet you can make pillows, drapes, table cloths, whatever! In order to stamp on velvet place your stamp wood down rubber up on the ironing board. Place the velvet, right side down, against the stamp. Using an iron WITH STEAM press the iron on top of the velvet for approximately 5 seconds. The velvet will be "crushed" into an image. Do not forget to use the steam, or you will burn a hole in the velvet. |
