Reverse Masking or Make your own Stencils Thanks to Cindy Walker for this tip! Instead of cutting out around an image, cut out the inside of it so that you can color things fast and easy. This works especially well if you're going to be doing more than one of a card, and if they want to make the most of your stamping time. I prefer to use glossy paper for
this technique. Put the glossy side down, and stamp on the back.
Then use your Close To My Heart exacto knife to cut out your image.
Remember you only have to do this once per set, simply save your stencils with
your stamp set for the next time. |
