Kissing

Kissing is the technique of pressing two stamps together.  One of those stamps is a texture stamp.  One of the most popular texture stamps to use with this technique is the Country Picnic stamp.

There are three ways to 'kiss' stamps.

  1. Ink the main stamp and press it to the texture stamp, then stamp the image from the main stamp.

  2. Ink the texture stamp and press it to the main stamp, then stamp the image from the main stamp.

  3.  Ink both the texture stamp and the image stamp in different (complimentary) colors.  Press the stamps together, then stamp the image from the main stamp.

All three of these techniques give a completely different look for the 'kiss.'  Have fun with this technique.
